Returns and Exchanges
1. If you are not entirely satisfied with any item of Merchandise, you have the right to cancel your purchase or exchange your Merchandise (subject to the availability of stock) by contacting our customer service centre at +27 11 759 7215 or email@example.com within 7 (seven) days after the date of receipt of the Merchandise.
2. We shall within 30 (thirty) days collect the Merchandise from you, and refund you the balance of the purchase price less the direct costs incurred by us in collecting the Merchandise from you. If the Merchandise is no longer in its original packaging, we reserve our right to charge a reasonable re-packaging fee in addition to the direct cost of collection.
3. If the Merchandise is damaged or faulty, we shall collect it from you at our cost and either repair it, exchange it for similar Merchandise or, at our election, provide you with a refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. If, once we have collected the Merchandise from you, we find that the Merchandise has, after delivery by us:
4.1 been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or
4.2 been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or
4.3 been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions for the Merchandise; or
4.4 deteriorated through normal wear and tear; or
4.5 been worn or used in any way,
we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Merchandise and/or we may require you to pay all direct costs incurred by us in collecting and servicing the Merchandise, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
