Any attempt to access unauthorised areas, including barrier jumping, will result in immediate removal from the venue. SAPS will not tolerate disorderly conduct and reserves the right to detain any unruly patrons. Safety and security are our top priority. While we want you to have the best time, any failure to follow the rules will result in immediate ejection from the venue – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Ticket checkpoints: Multi-layered ticket checkpoints will operate ahead of the gates. Without a valid ticket, you will not be able to access or approach the stadium gates.

If you have any safety or security concerns (at any point), please approach any of our security, ushers or fan service personnel.

All attendees must have an emergency contact number for their parent/guardian/emergency point of contact saved under the name ICE on their mobile phones.

Stay hydrated. Look after one another. Have fun, but safety first.

Only tickets purchased from Ticketmaster.co.za are valid for entry. If you’ve purchased tickets from secondary resellers such as Viagogo, these tickets will not permit you entry into the venue or a refund.

OPTION 1: PARK AND RIDE

We highly recommend the official Park and Ride service as your number one option when travelling to the stadium. With dedicated lanes as part of the traffic management plan, it offers a safe, comfortable, punctual, and stress-free way to travel to the event.

A temporary Park and Ride station will be set up within walking distance of the stadium entrance, with staff and security on hand to assist.

Departure Points:

Your Park and Ride includes return transport and free undercover parking at all departure points.

First buses depart from 14h00 as they fill up. The last bus will depart promptly at 17h00 from all departure points.

Return buses depart immediately after the concert, with the last bus leaving NO later than 24h00. By choosing Park and Ride, you’ll help reduce traffic congestion and lower the event’s carbon footprint.

OPTION 2: PARKING

PAID PARKING
Pre-paid parking will be available at the FNB Stadium Precinct. Please note that parking tickets must be booked in advance. To book your parking ticket, click here. To view the locations and routes to the paid parking areas, click here and go to slide 3 > Paid parking = blue blocks.

FREE PARKING
Free parking will be available at the venue. To view the locations of the free parking areas, click here and go to slide 2 > Free parking = orange blocks.

ACCESSIBILITY PARKING
Accessibility parking is managed by Stadium Management SA. To arrange a pass, email vivian@stadiummanagement.co.za. Please note that security will only allow access to the dedicated parking area if the required paperwork, including a hard copy of your accessibility parking ticket, is produced upon arrival. OPTION 3: GAUTRAIN

For your ease and convenience, the Gautrain service has been activated. This service ensures a seamless journey to and from the venue. To view the location and the dedicated Gautrain route, click here and go to slide 8 > brown block.

The first bus from Park Station to FNB Stadium will depart at 13H00. Standard Gautrain train, bus and parking fares will apply. Customers can use Gautrain cards or EMV / contactless payment devices.

A dedicated late-night service will be offered for fans to return home. All stations (excluding OR Tambo) will accommodate a late service. The service will conclude 1 hour and 30 minutes after the event has ended.

OPTION 4: DROP & GO and E-Hailing

There are two dedicated Drop & Go and E-Hailing areas. Please only use these areas when you are dropped off, and more importantly, picked up after the show.

Important Note: If you’re being collected after the show, please ensure your driver arrives at the ‘Drop & Go’ point by 21H00. After this time, vehicles will not be permitted to enter the ‘Drop & Go’ area due to egress preparations.

Due to road closures and traffic congestion, these areas have been set up for your ease of use. To view the location and routes to the dedicated drop and go/E-hailing areas, click here and go to slide 6 > green blocks.

The dedicated Drop & Go areas will be monitored by security and will be illuminated to ensure the safety of patrons in this area.

Front Zone Standing Left (yellow): Enter through outer Gate M
Front Zone Standing Right (red): Enter through outer Gate G
General Admission Standing (green): Enter through outer Gate M or Gate G
VIP Early Entry Package Left: Enter via Gate A ONLY between 13H45 - 14H45
VIP Early Entry Package Right: Enter via Gate G ONLY between 13H45 - 14H45

Notes for all standing ticket holders:
Ensure you enter the stadium using the correct gate, as you will need to collect your relevant field standing armband at your gate entrance. Please plan your arrival time accordingly to account for this process. For safety reasons, all standing ticket holders must be over the age of 18 plus a minimum height of 1.6 meters. We reserve the right to find alternative seating or refuse entry into the venue if there is no seating availability. This is determined to be a safety risk and is unfortunately non-negotiable.

VIP Premium Seat Packages: Enter via Gate A
Once you have entered the gate and scanned your tickets, you will receive your VIP merch gift.

Seated and platinum tickets: Enter through Gate C, H or K as displayed on your ticket from 16H00. You do not need an armband to access your seat; ushers are on hand to help direct you to your seat. Please note: all turnstiles can accept seated tickets except for Gate M & Gate G turnstiles.

Accessibility Patrons: Enter via Gate L

Suite tickets: Ticket holders should enter via Gate C. Additionally, Gates H and K will also be open for suite ticket holders. Enter the foyer displayed on your ticket. Access suites via Foyers A, AA and U.

Stadium Management Lounge and Hall of Fame: Enter through Gate C and proceed to Turnstile 22 and enter the stadium via Foyer A.

Can anyone access the Castle Lite Unlocks Experience event at the Goldrush Dome?
No. This is an invitation-only event. A ticket to the Castle Lite Unlocks Experience is a SEPARATE TICKETED ACCESS EVENT. If you only have a ticket to the Travis Scott concert at FNB Stadium, and you do not have a ticket for the Castle Lite Unlocks Experience, you will NOT be allowed entry to the Goldrush Dome. Cold beer will be available to purchase. The Castle Lite Experience is a cashless event.

What is the Castle Lite Unlocks Experience?
The Castle Lite Unlocks Experience is an exclusive event taking place at the Goldrush Dome next to FNB Stadium. It is an immersive brand experience featuring an exciting lineup of local artist collabs and DJs, food stalls, experiential touchpoints and extra cold refreshment. Doors open at 14H00 and the final act ends at midnight.

The Castle Lite Unlocks Experience includes appearances from DJ Coco Brown, DJ Champuru Makhenzo, DJ Kaygo, Kwesta, A-Reece, Touchline, 25K, DJ Kyotic and DJ Radix. These artists will not be performing at the main concert at FNB Stadium.

How do I get access to the Castle Lite Unlocks Experience?
If you purchased a Travis Scott Circus Maximus ticket via the Castle Lite “Ticket Plug” or via the Castle Lite “Early Bird” link, you would have received an email advising you to RSVP on the Castle Lite website. Once you RSVP’d, your Castle Lite Unlocks Experience ticket would have been added to your Ticketmaster account.

If you have won a ticket through Castle Lite’s social media channels or have been invited by the brand, you would have been sent a request for your email address linked to your Ticketmaster account, and your ticket will have been sent there.

No Castle Lite Unlocks Experience ticket. No access. No Under 18s.

Can I buy tickets to the Castle Lite Unlocks Experience?
Unfortunately not.

If I have a Travis Scott Circus Maximus ticket, will I get automatic entry into the Castle Lite Unlocks Experience?
No. You would need to have won or received a Castle Lite Unlocks Experience prior to the event.

What happens if I leave? Can I come back?
No, if you leave the event, you won’t be able to come back in. Once you’re in, you’re in. Please make sure you bring everything you need with you.

If I arrive late, will I still be allowed inside?
Gates close at 20H30, you will not be able to enter after this time.

What does a VIP Early Entry / VIP Premium Seat Package include?

VIP Early Entry Package:

VIP check-in times: 13H45 - 14H45
VIP Early Entry. Front Zone Standing Left = Enter at GATE A ONLY
VIP Early Entry. Front Zone Standing Right = Enter at GATE G ONLY
Once you have entered the gate and scanned your tickets, you will receive your VIP merch gift at the VIP check-in tent. Please check in at the VIP tent by 14H45 (latest) to guarantee you receive all elements of your VIP package. After check-in, Early Entry VIP guests will be held at the gate and escorted onto the field before general entry.

Going to be late? If you miss the VIP registration times listed above, you can pick up your exclusive VIP gift at the VIP Check-in desk when you arrive at the venue; however, you will lose your Early Entry access.

There is no dedicated, reserved space in the Front Zone Standing Area. The Early Entry Package does not include food, beverages, parking or any access to private facilities.

VIP Premium Seat Package:

The VIP Premium Seat Package check-in opens at 16H00 at Gate A and closes at 20H00.
The VIP Package does not include food, beverages, parking or any access to private facilities.

What is an official Platinum Ticket?
Platinum tickets are located in the tier-one blocks close to the stage.

I’ve got Stadium Management Lounge tickets. What does it include, and how do I get my parking tickets?
Stadium Management Lounge and the Hall of Fame Lounge include a prime position viewing lounge ticket located above the halfway line, buffet meal, premium bar, parking 1:4 ratio (1 parking ticket for every 4 lounge tickets purchased), and a fully staffed facility. Parking tickets will be distributed directly to ticket holders via the venue before event day. For any questions, please reach out to SAIL (bookings@sail.co.za).

Is there a strobe warning for this concert?
Yes. Strobe lighting and lasers will be used during this show. Please be advised that this performance is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy or other conditions sensitive to intense light effects.

Will there be Merchandise at the venue?
Yes, there will be a limited range of merchandise items, all designed for real fans!
No cash will be accepted. Debit or credit cards only. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

What payment options are available at the venue?
To purchase alcohol or merchandise, you need to have a debit or credit card. Cash will not be accepted. Cash will only be accepted to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Where is the box office?
There is no Box Office located at the venue; there will only be ticket resolution offices manned by Ticketmaster. This will be located by Gates C, G, H, J and M.

Can I still buy tickets?
If you are looking to purchase more tickets for the show, please click here. Limited tickets available. There will be no ticket sales onsite. Please note: Ticketmaster is the only authorised ticketing agent for this show.

Is there an age restriction for the show?

No children under the age of 3 (three) are allowed to attend the event. All minors must have a valid ticket, adequate ear protection and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
No persons under the age of 18 or shorter than 1,6 meters will be permitted on the field, even with an adult - NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the venue or, subject to availability, find alternative seating. We reserve the right to find alternative seating or refuse entry into the venue if there is no availability.

A responsible adult must accompany children 16 years of age and under.
All attendees must have an emergency contact saved under the name ICE on their mobile phones.

Please note: You risk missing the show without the option of a refund if you choose to ignore this very important safety and security requirement. Please contact Ticketmaster before the day of the show to swap your tickets for seated tickets if you do not meet these minimum requirements.

What security will be in place?
For your safety, there will be a security presence in place within the precinct at FNB Stadium with SAPS, parking security, pedestrian security and crime prevention marshals on duty monitoring everyone coming into the precinct. Please support and cooperate fully so our team can efficiently carry out these measures to ensure your safety and make sure you are inside the stadium in time for the show.

We ask that you keep personal belongings to a minimum and only bring your essentials. Please do not bring large bags, as these will not be allowed into the stadium.

What do I do if there is an emergency?
The venue call centre can be reached on the VENUE HOTLINE NUMBER - 082 805 3150. This number can be used for all incidents, queries and emergencies and will be in operation the day of the event as well as after the event. (Closes at midnight)

I’ve lost something. What can I do?
A Lost & Found kiosk will be set up at the venue. Please speak to our representatives at the information points to guide you to the location or consult the venue map. All lost property will be kept at the stadium for 48 hours, after which it will be transferred to the Booysens Police Station.

Is there an easy meeting point inside the stadium?
Due to the size of the stadium, there are no designated meeting points. We suggest you decide on a meeting point with your friends/family when you arrive at your block/area of the stadium, should you become separated.

What happens if someone in my party goes missing?
Please contact a member of security or an event steward; they will be happy to assist you.

What items are prohibited?

Amnesty bins will be placed at all entrances where prohibited items can be placed within these bins prior to entering the search points. The amnesty bins will be removed and confiscated by SAPS.

No camping will be allowed outside the venue.
No patrons will be allowed to queue outside the venue until 9 am on the day of the show.

If you fail to comply with this requirement and refuse to vacate the area after being instructed to by security and/or SAPS, we reserve the right to confiscate your ticket and escort you from the venue. In the case of an unaccompanied minor, your parents/guardian will be contacted to collect you from the venue, and if they fail to do so within a reasonable time, we will contact City Social Services.

Is there a bag policy?
This event will follow a strict bag policy.

All bags have to be 15 cm (D) x 20cm (W) x 30cm (H) or less in size. Only 1 bag per person will be permitted. All bags will be searched.

Any bags not permitted inside the Stadium will be confiscated by security should you not make arrangements to store them. Any items confiscated will be handed over to SAPS. Note that any items confiscated will not be returned to patrons. There will be NO storage provided by the venue; you are responsible for your own items.

Will there be food and beverage outlets in the stadium?
Yes. Food and beverages will be available for sale inside the stadium. Please note that you may not bring food/beverages into the venue.

Please bring your ID to the stadium should you plan on consuming alcohol. No person under the age of 18 may purchase or consume alcohol. Cash will be accepted to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages.
